◆Including fees
　Private car ・・Gasoline ・Toll road  ・Parking lot  ・tax (10%) ・Insurance (accident in vehicle & luggages)
 

◆Not included in price
　Food, lodging, entrance, insurance for accident outside the vehicle
 

◆Meeting place and time
　The gathering and breaking place of each regular tour will be the hotel you stay at. (City center)
　*Please note that if the hotel you are staying in is divided into multiple locations, it may be designated by our company.
　You can also start a bespoke tour from your arrival airport or station.
　Both parties must meet at least 5 minutes before departure.
 

◆ "Inquiries & reservations" and
　inquiries by e-mail We will reply to the inquiries & reservations and e-mails from customers within 48 hours.
　

◆ How to pay the reservation fee
　After deciding the tour content, please pay 50% of the deposit as a deposit.
　With this procedure, it will be a formal application.
　We accept credit card payments over the internet. (There is no overseas remittance fee)
 

◆Payment of remaining amount Please pay
　in cash at departure time
　If you wish to pay by credit card, please pay at least 1 week before tour departure.　
 

◆ Cancellation fee
　31 days prior to departure date full refund 100%
　30 days or more 50% of tour fee

1 week prior to departure date
*For tours of 5 days or more, the tour fee will be charged at the same time as the reservation 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
 

◆ Confirmation of tour departure will be 30 days from the tour date.
 

◆ About participation by one person If there is only one departure, price be fixed fee for two passengers.
　It is recommended that you look at the calendar and apply for a tour with confirmed departure (less than 30 days).
　If there are free days until the tour date, you can post your desired tour & schedule on the website and recruit participants.

◆ About children

Free for children up to 3 years old
　Half price for children 4 to 11 years old　
　Child seats are obligatory for children under 10 years old.
　Please let us know the number of people in advance.
 

◆Excess charge the excess charge due to customer's request/delay is 30 euros per hour.
 

◆ About the english speaking driver: French person who speaks english and others practiced languages everyday day!
　
　
◆ Luggages & suitcase are limited to one LL size with a height of 74 cm.
　Please bring your own handbag in the car.
　If you are bringing a suitcase of LL size or larger, please contact us in advance.
 

◆ Smoking is prohibited inside the car.
 

◆No animals are allowed except for dependent people.

　bad weather, natural disaster, war, riot, transportation, such as strike-government of the instruction of
